The sweetest family returns to the blog today! It was so fun to be reintroduced to Sawyer in his toddler glory! I haven’t seen him since his newborn photos. Kids are AMAZING. I can never get over how much explosive change goes into each year of their lives. He’s got a sibling on the way – so much fun to look forward to for this guy and the whole family.

I think this look on the right seems so signature for Sawyer. My guess is that his parents are very familiar with it and my prediction is that they’ll see it on his face throughout his lifetime.

This photo hits me like a ton of bricks. It is every mother’s view of their little one, and poignant for expecting mamas who are in the transition of holding their growing littles less and less as they make way for a new person to share their world. Also, I just love his eyes. 🙂

We couldn’t have had a prettier night for these, with gorgeous blooming trees and spring quite literally in the air.
