Wow! We could not have had a better night for a glowy, gorgeous family session! I pinched myself more than once as I photographed this beloved crew. It’s been a few years, and while I’m not surprised at how stunning these ladies have become, it did feel like such a treat to have them in front of my lens once again. Gabe and Kara, you have incredible daughters!

Sienna has always had this magic twinkle in her eyes and I love that it comes through in photos. This girl is sweet, humble, and seems wise beyond her years to me.

Ayla has such a beautiful, shimmering light about her that most definitely starts on the inside. Kind and charming like her sister, she is witty, spunky and accomplished. Quite the dynamic duo, these two!

It’s safe to say these gals have a good time together!

Families with nearly-grown kids, this theme has been on repeat in my head all year long: take photos together. Like, right now. Do not let these impressive, talented kids’ busy schedules keep you from documenting this amazing season of your life, when your kids are on the verge of total independence and have bursting-full personalities and they’re SO much fun! You will not regret it.
