To say I’m excited to share a new class of senior sessions with you is a huge understatement. Time with these amazing students has been giving me lots of life lately, and they are each so impressive and unique. We get to start off with the lovely and talented Emma! I already know my words in this post won’t be enough to do her justice – I’m hoping the photos might get closer. In short, she’s an incredible person and I’m so excited for her to be kicking off her senior year of high school!

What an honor to photograph this girl with her bass! Emma’s got big plans that include taking her love of music through college. She is ambitious and poised and the epitome of ‘classy’. I can’t really get over how much of a boss she is, especially in this first set of photos.

We also got to spend a little time in one of Emma’s favorite spots – the lake she spends time at with her family. The light, the water, and all Nebraska’s simple beauty complement her so perfectly.

Yes, she’s musical, gorgeous and an athlete. 🙂

You’ll notice I haven’t declared a favorite. It would be impossible!

Emma, it was such a delight to photograph you at the outset of this exciting year. You are so much fun to be around and I love how much of your personality and interests we were able to pack into these photos! I hope this year is everything you hope it will be and more. Wishing you all the best!
