In case you were wondering, news spreads fast when you have a camera and know how to use it. I am incredibly excited to have had more photography opportunities lately. It is one of those things that feeds my soul and makes me feel so very myself. (It’s shameless, I know, but if you’re interested, don’t hesitate to ask!) This shoot was extra special. To be honest, I never thought I would want to take maternity portraits. Consider this photographer’s mind officially changed! I am in love with the following photos. When this was the result of the first take of the shoot, I knew these two were going to make my job ridiculously easy.

They told me that the wait for this baby has been four years. Isn’t that amazing? Their joy is so sweet and pure and abundant – it was exciting to just watch them be happy. John is obviously enamored with that baby girl and he has yet to even meet her. Such a great picture of family.

Jami, you are gorgeous. Simply beautiful.
