happy four years

Four years ago, my sister married a great guy. He is an awesome addition to my family, and I can’t imagine him not being around when we’re all together. David and I are fortunate to live in the same place and get to spend so much time with these two. We’ve both learned a lot about life, about ourselves, and about family from them, and they have challenged us, pushed us, loved us, laughed with and at us, and stuck close with us in a way that nobody else in our lives has. I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and when their anniversary came around it was the perfect time, so we picked a night, headed out into some beautiful Nebraskaness and had ourselves a little photo shoot.
