I say I love all my clients, because I absolutely do. And I know it’s repetitive, but when you get to photograph families like this, how can you not sing their praises? One of the beautiful things about photographing people is getting to know them in a way you might otherwise not. Spending relaxed time with them. Letting their kids be themselves. Playing. Overcoming hesitations and seeing guards come down. So yes, my clients become very, very special to me. Even more so when we do it again, and again, and again. These guys are like that, and I’m so thankful for them. They were one of my first families I ever photographed. So if you’re new around here, say hello to Chris, Zeljka, Sam & Eli: truly some of my faves! I’m sure you can see why… Sammy. Our first session makes me laugh, (as do all the ones in between) and blows my mind by showing how much you’ve changed! You are still so one-of-a-kind. Thanks for teaching me all about BNSF and narrow gauge tracks. 🙂 And holy smokes, can Eli MOVE! This little man was non-stop during our session, like any good 14-month-old should be. I figure these ones are making me earn my keep, and certainly giving me a workout. My favorite thing about Eli has to be his eyes. They are so captivating! Proof here. Zeljka, I hope you know how insanely beautiful you are. I’ll photograph you guys any day of the week. 🙂 This is now in the running for favorite image I’ve taken this year. He couldn’t have fit in there or posed more perfectly.  By the end of our time, I’d done my job and worn out the toddler. Good thing I have some kind of practice at that! You guys were so wonderful, and congrats on hanging in there through boys being boys, and a rowdy session. 🙂 I couldn’t be happier you did, and can’t wait ’til next time! Love you guys!
