You know a family is made of solid gold if they stay calm under pressure. Allllll day long the forecast waffled on whether or not it would rain the evening of my session with these rad people, and they showed up ready to go, embracing overcast skies and wet grass. It resulted in the most beautiful, moody light, and these four were chill as could be. I’m in LOVE. Your move, weather. Your move.
You probably recognize this crew, too. I’ve been photographing them since 2011! (You can see their past sessions here: 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015). “Everybody walk toward me…” technically he’s following directions. I love mom’s reaction in the background. As real as it gets! 😀 Sammy is so much fun to photograph. He makes incredible faces, and this smile is just the best.
