So here’s a little fun fact about me: I have a total obsession with getting out of town, driving on gravel roads, and sneaking out to the rural parts of Nebraska. It doesn’t take much of an excuse, and I’m gone. When those drives land me on the cutest little acreage EVER with the kindest family on earth to photograph them, their chickens, and their love for each other…well, it about puts me over the edge on the happiness-meter. Case in point: this sweet session in Hickman!
See? Chickens!! Kennedy is the chicken whisperer.When I asked Shelle to tell me a little about her family before we met, she had such sweet words about her kids. She sees and knows their passions and potential. They are awfully lucky to have her as a mama. Ohhhh, Braden. If I had your energy, I could accomplish so very much in a day! This guy kills it in the fun department. And that smile… 🙂 Thomas and Shelle are the kind of people you just want to be around. They’ve been in this house for less than a year, and their hard work just shines – their place has more charm than a Southern Living magazine.
