the smith family
welcome gregg! It is an amazing thing to meet the children of your closest friends. I’ve gotten to experience this twice in the last several months and it’s not exactly something I’m used to. I’m just arriving at that stage of life and it’s mesmerizing me. How can one tiny baby look so distinctly different from another. Don’t they all look the same? No. I am in awe as I see beautiful parts of my friends in the faces of their newborns. It is crazytown.
Had little Gregg’s parents not moved out of the other half of our duplex a week ago, this baby would have lived his first several weeks right across the wall. Luckily for his family they are enjoying a cute new home and a doubly cute new baby. Welcome to the world little man!
Someone was a little sleepy during our visit, but he perked up when I shoved a camera in his face and started clicking like crazy. I’m sure he just loved it. Actually, he did amazing. He was a perfect little model.
Look at those big clear eyes!
Yawning, not screaming.
This little boy is already so loved. It makes my heart full. He is so restful and relaxed when he’s with his mommy and daddy, like he knows he is safe and accepted and cared for.
These next two are my favorites. Such a personality already.
I love how tiny he is in his dad’s hands.
David took this one! Aren’t you so proud of him? I am. Somebody’s developing mad skills with manual mode. 🙂
Thanks guys for letting me invade your space and take some pictures of your little one! I already love him. Congrats!
